Santos rejects suggestions of Jorginho’s Chelsea exit
The reports on Jorginho’s move to Juventus was denied with the announcement from his agent the Italian club has not contacted them yet. He also mentioned that the player is willing to stay with Chelsea.

There were many reports by the Italian media that Maurizio Sarri, the present coach of Juventus and former coach of Chelsea, is looking forward to the reunion with Jorginho. The midfielder was brought to the Blues from Napoli two years back by Sarri.

Ighalo reveals how he can benefit United following his loan move
Nigeria international Odion Ighalo has revealed what he can bring to the table after his deadline day move to Manchester United. The Red Devils were linked with a number of high-profile strikers during the closing stages of the January transfer window but they eventually sealed the surprise loan signing of Ighalo from Shanghai Shenhua.

Speaking to the club’s official website, Ighalo said that the Red Devils have quality strikers in the squad but they don’t have someone who can provide the physical presence from the centre-forward role. He added that he can provide that aspect of the game by playing as the traditional striker, who can hold-up play and link up with his teammates.

Lukaku says Solskjaer wanted him to stay at Manchester United
Romelu Lukaku has revealed that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wanted him to remain with Manchester United, though he had made the decision to pursue a fresh challenge elsewhere. The Belgium international’s future was the subject of constant speculation during the summer and he eventually made the move to Inter Milan before the Premier League transfer deadline.

Lukaku has since impressed for the Serie A giants with nine goals from just 12 league appearances and he has spoken about his respect for Solskjaer, who initially wanted him to stay put at Old Trafford, he told: “Solskjaer has my eternal respect. He understood me when I said in March that it was time for me to leave England. I have been in the Premier League as an 18-year-old boy and now I am 26. Solskjaer wanted to keep me, but I was ready for something new.”
